Boxing Daily Report from the Ecosse Boxing promoted show at Glasgow McCamish, Glasgow,  taking place on 18/10/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carl McNiff (10 - 7(1) - 3) who hails from Limerick, Ireland and Tommy Campbell(23(5) - 10(3)) from Dundee, UK.  McNiff weighed in at 126 pounds, while Campbell weighed in at 125 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hamish McBeth, and the three ringside judges are Peter MacLaughlin, Martin MacBeth and William Owen.  

Round 1: 

Campbell gets on the inside.  Campbell quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Campbell throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Campbell clinches his opponent.  Campbell is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Campbell about fouling.
