Darryl Barfoot vs Michael Navarrete

Boxing Daily Report from the Numb Gym promoted show at Roseland Ballroom, New York City,  taking place on 26/10/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Darryl Barfoot (14(3) - 0) who hails from New York City, USA and Michael Navarrete(18 - 17(9) - 5) from Peoria, USA.  Barfoot weighed in at 146 pounds And 7 ounces, while Navarrete weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Matthew Cumbie, and the three ringside judges are John Purcell, Matthew Renwick and Emilio Remigio.

Barfoot sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Barfoot DETONATES a mean left uppercut on his opponents face.  NAVARRETE IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Navarrete now seems to have his senses back.  
Barfoot lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Navarrete tries to step out of his opponents range and throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a powerful left hook to his opponents liver.  NAVARRETE IS HURT!  Navarrete almost instantly recovers. 
Barfoot steps away from his opponent and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head, KNOCKING NAVARRETE DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Barfoot!
