Ja-choel Noh vs Billy Matshanga

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Hanshin Racecourse, Takarazuka,  taking place on 02/12/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBA Intercontinental Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ja-choel Noh (12(8) - 1(1)) who hails from Daegu, South Korea and Billy Matshanga(30(23) - 16(8)) from Cape Town, South Africa.  Both Noh and Matshanga weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Muramoto, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Furuta, Ryuu Aoki and Hiro Noda.
