Morgan Kiyonga vs Leeroy Okayu

Boxing Daily Report from the African Warrior Collective promoted show at African Gym, Kampala,  taking place on 03/11/2045:

Clearly African Warrior Collective have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Morgan Kiyonga (3 - 0) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Leeroy Okayu(0 - 0 - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Kiyonga weighed in at 199 pounds and 1 ounces, while Okayu weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehman Madani, and the three ringside judges are Keshawn Wamala, Lloyd Araptany and Dave Ojara.  

Round 1: 

Okayu connects with a right hook.  
Kiyonga lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Okayu manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Okayu pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kiyonga connects with a left uppercut.  
Kiyonga drives a solid left uppercut into Okayu's body.  
Kiyonga lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kiyonga lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Kiyonga lands a right hook.  Kiyonga clinches his opponent.  Kiyonga is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kiyonga is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Kiyonga holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kiyonga pushes his forearm into Okayu's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kiyonga to stop fouling.  
Kiyonga digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Kiyonga steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Kiyonga holds on to his opponent.  Kiyonga leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Kiyonga attempts to land a jab, but Okayu sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Kiyonga steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Kiyonga advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Kiyonga holds on to his opponent.  Kiyonga leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kiyonga tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kiyonga closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Kiyonga lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Okayu throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kiyonga advances into close range and drives a stinging left hook into Okayu's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Okayu's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Okayu's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Okayu's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Round 2: 

Kiyonga steps inside and throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Kiyonga clinches his opponent.  Kiyonga is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kiyonga about fouling.  
Kiyonga sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Okayu is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Kiyonga lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Kiyonga lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Okayu is looking to close the distance.  As Kiyonga tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Okayu dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Kiyonga steps inside and is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  Kiyonga ties up his opponent.  Kiyonga tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Okayu's kidney. 
Kiyonga steps inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Okayu lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Kiyonga gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Kiyonga quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kiyonga advances into close range.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
