Matthew McKay vs Dai Brydon

Boxing Daily Report from the PP Promotions promoted show at City Hall, Belfast,  taking place on 08/12/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matthew McKay (9(6) - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Dai Brydon(16 - 20(7) - 4) from Swansea, UK.  Both McKay and Brydon weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oisin Beirne, and the three ringside judges are Paul Sheridan, Ian Casey and Ian Casey.  

Round 1: 

Brydon is looking to close the distance.  McKay pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
McKay tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a solid cross.  
Brydon steps inside.  McKay pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left uppercut.
