Russell Llywelyn vs Mark McCammack

Boxing Daily Report from the PP Promotions promoted show at Richard Dunn Sports Centre, Bradford,  taking place on 16/12/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Russell Llywelyn (11(9) - 0) who hails from Cardiff, UK and Mark McCammack(13 - 7(1) - 4) from Bournemouth, UK.  Both Llywelyn and McCammack weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daniel McPhillips, and the three ringside judges are Chris McReynolds, Noah Adams and Mel Madoc.  

Round 1: 

Llywelyn gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Llywelyn lands a left uppercut.  Llywelyn holds on to his opponent.  Llywelyn leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Llywelyn sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  McCammack throws a right hook, but Llywelyn clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Llywelyn pushes his forearm into McCammack's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Llywelyn.  
Llywelyn lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  McCammack almost instantly recovers. 
Llywelyn lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Llywelyn holds on to his opponent.  Llywelyn leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Llywelyn gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Llywelyn ties up his opponent.  Llywelyn is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
McCammack throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
McCammack steps to the outside.  Llywelyn connects with a sharp overhand right.  
Llywelyn advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Llywelyn lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Llywelyn is on target with a firm left hook.  
McCammack tries to keep the action at long range.  Llywelyn lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
McCammack is looking to keep his distance.  Llywelyn lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Llywelyn tries to land a jab, but McCammack slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Llywelyn closes the distance and drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  Llywelyn ties up his opponent.  Llywelyn is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Llywelyn tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits McCammack behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Llywelyn about fouling.

Llywelyn walks McCammack down, trapping him in a corner.  Llywelyn is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Llywelyn ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Llywelyn quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Llywelyn feints a jab, tricking McCammack into throwing a left hook counter.  Llywelyn is waiting for the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Llywelyn closes the distance and digs in a solid left hook to McCammack's ribs.  
Llywelyn drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Llywelyn clinches his opponent.  Llywelyn is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Llywelyn steps inside and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Llywelyn lands a left uppercut to the body followed by two straights to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  McCammack almost instantly recovers. 
McCammack steps to the outside.  Llywelyn lands a stinging overhand left.  
Llywelyn closes the distance.  Llywelyn sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Llywelyn dabs at his face checking for damage.

Llywelyn leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Llywelyn to stop holding.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...McCammack's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  McCammack's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Llywelyn gets on the inside and forces McCammack to retreat into a corner.  Llywelyn drives a sharp right hook into McCammack's ribcage.  
Llywelyn lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Llywelyn lands a right uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Llywelyn lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Llywelyn throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
McCammack is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Llywelyn lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
