Burgess Germer vs Wilfredo Picard

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-North Rhine-Westphalia promoted show at Dusseldorf Bickelhaupt, Dusseldorf,  taking place on 05/12/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-North Rhine-Westphalia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Burgess Germer (2 - 4 - 3) who hails from Cologne, Germany and Wilfredo Picard(13 - 6(1) - 2) from Dortmund, Germany.  Both Germer and Picard weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ramond Matern, and the three ringside judges are Ringling Peets, Kristian Krusemark and Alarick Gause.
