Elias Monsalve vs Desiderio Escandon

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Jalisco Boxing promoted show at Tlaquepaque Vegas, Tlaquepaque,  taking place on 30/12/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elias Monsalve (2 - 8 - 3) who hails from Zapopan, Mexico and Desiderio Escandon(5 - 16(1) - 4) from Zapopan, Mexico.  Monsalve weighed in at 232 pounds And 13 ounces, while Escandon weighed in at 233 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Pedro Mieras, and the three ringside judges are Jeraldo Canada, Quito Miera and Larenzo Arellanes.
