Gethin Peter vs Theo Bryde

Boxing Daily Report from the GOAT Promotions promoted show at Aurora Neily, Aurora,  taking place on 06/01/2046:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Colorado Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gethin Peter (15(4) - 0) who hails from Greeley, USA and Theo Bryde(13 - 17(5) - 3) from Pueblo, USA.  Peter weighed in at 139 pounds and 8 ounces, while Bryde weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tobias Colquhoun, and the three ringside judges are Chris Dingwell, Mike Allender and Mike Allender.  

Round 1: 

Peter advances into close range.  Peter quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Peter connects with a stinging left uppercut.  Peter throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Peter closes the distance.  Peter pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Peter pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Peter lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Peter is on target with a nasty cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE BRYDE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!
