Peter McNeeley vs Alen Peart

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Hisense Arena, Melbourne,  taking place on 03/03/2046:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Peter McNeeley (33(20) - 22(13) - 1) who hails from Sunshine Coast, Australia and Alen Peart(6 - 5) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both McNeeley and Peart weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Tighe, and the three ringside judges are Robert Minga, John Travis and Glynn Soprano.  

Round 1: 

McNeeley throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.
