Ian Elder vs Mel McCabe

Boxing Daily Report from the Australia Boxing Organisation promoted show at Melbourne Craigie, Melbourne,  taking place on 12/03/2046:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Elder (5(4) - 0) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Mel McCabe(1 - 0) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Elder and McCabe weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leo Cavina, and the three ringside judges are Geoff Crafford, Mark Carnes and Mel Lithgow.  

Round 1: 

McCabe lands with a spiteful jab.  McCabe throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.
