Sammy Awoonor vs Hugh Dauda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Greater Accra promoted show at Accra Zakari, Accra,  taking place on 31/01/2022:

Clearly AI Ghana-Greater Accra have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sammy Awoonor (4 - 2 - 3) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Hugh Dauda(3 - 3 - 5) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Awoonor and Dauda weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Berko, and the three ringside judges are Uzoma Ayim, Kabonero Gyimah and Leighton Kwei.
