Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Muzaffar Allakhyarov Gym, Baku,  taking place on 01/02/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Akbar Gasymov (8 - 0 - 1) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Allahverdi Alekperzade(4 - 1 - 3) from Ganja, Azerbaijan.  Gasymov weighed in at 168 pounds, while Alekperzade weighed in at 167 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Samad Farra, and the three ringside judges are Mehman Dzhafarov, Urfan Abaskuliyev and Nurlan Hagverdiyev.
