Rodrigo Polon vs Xavier Tax

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Roman Salvas Gym, Monterrey,  taking place on 06/02/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rodrigo Polon (7(1) - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Monterrey, Mexico and Xavier Tax(6 - 0 - 1) from Puebla, Mexico.  Both Polon and Tax weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Fuertes, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Cobo, Carlos Rochel and Carlos Benavente.
