Geoff Harwood vs Diego Cortez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Jack Meyrick Gym, San Jose,  taking place on 16/02/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Geoff Harwood (10 - 0) who hails from Seattle, USA and Diego Cortez(6 - 0) from San Diego, USA.  Harwood weighed in at 199 pounds And 11 ounces, while Cortez weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William Shawn, and the three ringside judges are Dave Markle, John Prophet and Dan Beatty.  

Round 1: 

Cortez steps inside.  Harwood pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Cortez sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Harwood finds the target with a jab.
