Demitrius Liakos vs Prophyrios Apostolos

Boxing Daily Report from the Afful Promotions promoted show at Myles Christakos Gym, Athens,  taking place on 17/02/2022:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Greece-Attica Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Demitrius Liakos (4 - 4 - 3) who hails from Athens, Greece and Prophyrios Apostolos(4 - 4 - 2) from Athens, Greece.  Both Liakos and Apostolos weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Andreus Drakos, and the three ringside judges are Krikor Manella, Uranus Barlas and Tantalus Sarris.  

Round 1: 

Liakos is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Liakos tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Apostolos advances into close range.  Liakos tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.
