Vicente Banez vs Juan Mesquita

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Carolina promoted show at Carolina Rodriguez, Carolina,  taking place on 03/03/2022:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Puerto Rico-San Juan Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Banez (4 - 0 - 1) who hails from San Juan, Puerto Rico and Juan Mesquita(2 - 6 - 1) from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  Banez weighed in at 111 pounds and 6 ounces, while Mesquita weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Cerezo, and the three ringside judges are Gonzalo Perron, Salvador Prospero and Ignado Montalvan.
