Seyfulla Tahmazov vs Elchin Hashem

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Lankaran promoted show at Masally Mirkasumov, Masally,  taking place on 01/03/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Seyfulla Tahmazov (4 - 0) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Elchin Hashem(11 - 0) from Masally, Azerbaijan.  Both Tahmazov and Hashem weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Teymur Maharramov, and the three ringside judges are Orkhan Mehdiyev, Haider Odeh and Rais Gadjibabayev.
