Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kano State promoted show at Kano Awolowo, Kano,  taking place on 14/03/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Western African Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jevonte Omaboe (8 - 0) who hails from Accra, Ghana and John Ogunlana(8 - 1) from Kano, Nigeria.  Both Omaboe and Ogunlana weighed in at 160 pounds.
