Marjun Luis vs Antonio Meraz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santiago promoted show at Alano Mateos Gym, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 17/03/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marjun Luis (7 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Antonio Meraz(4 - 1 - 1) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Both Luis and Meraz weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quin Salido, and the three ringside judges are Quin Conejo, Guillermo Garzon and Frisco Valle.
