Eiji Kimoto vs Mitsuru Ogata

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 23/03/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Eiji Kimoto (6 - 2 - 2) who hails from Kawasaki, Japan and Mitsuru Ogata(6 - 1 - 2) from Kasugai, Japan.  Both Kimoto and Ogata weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mikio Tobe, and the three ringside judges are Kazuki Tsuda, Hajime Miki and Hiro Taketa.  

Round 1: 

Ogata digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.
