Thompson Nurudeen vs Mark Ojebode

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Edo State promoted show at Efe Yakubu Gym, Uromi,  taking place on 27/03/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Thompson Nurudeen (5 - 3 - 2) who hails from Abuja, Nigeria and Mark Ojebode(8 - 3) from Benin City, Nigeria.  Nurudeen weighed in at 147 pounds, while Ojebode weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ifeanyi Chukunyere, and the three ringside judges are Alen Beete, Yakubu Ezeifekaibeya and John Okri.
