Jerrold Melgoza vs Santiago Ordaz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uruguay-Montevideo promoted show at Montevideo Badilla, Montevideo,  taking place on 02/04/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uruguay Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jerrold Melgoza (5 - 1) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Santiago Ordaz(6 - 4 - 1) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Melgoza and Ordaz weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricardo Puma, and the three ringside judges are Pablo Mesquita, Rodrigo Bacallao and Elias Isabella.  

Round 1: 

Melgoza gets on the inside and digs in a right hook to Ordaz's body.
