Quiqui Tomas vs Diego Paula

Boxing Daily Report from the Mfune Promotions promoted show at Marjun Toribio Gym, Mendoza,  taking place on 17/04/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Argentina-Mendoza Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quiqui Tomas (4 - 6 - 1) who hails from Mendoza, Argentina and Diego Paula(4 - 3 - 2) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Tomas and Paula weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Morro, and the three ringside judges are Fraco Bernardo, Jeraldo Arebalo and Diego Agron.  

Round 1: 

Tomas closes the distance.  Paula connects with a right hook.

Paula retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Tomas tries to tag Paula on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!
