Michael Redpath vs Ahmed Ismael

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Syed Yousuf Gym, San Francisco,  taking place on 17/04/2022:

Clearly AI USA-California have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-California Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Redpath (1 - 4 - 2) who hails from Huntington Beach, USA and Ahmed Ismael(1 - 0) from Ontario, USA.  Redpath weighed in at 125 pounds and 12 ounces, while Ismael weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Max Pont, and the three ringside judges are John Rhydderch, Sam Lowe and Arthur Moultrie.  

Round 1: 

Redpath gets on the inside.  Ismael pivots to the right of his opponent.  Redpath attempts to land a right hook, but Ismael dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Redpath throws a right hook, but Ismael ties up his opponent.  Ismael leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Ismael's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
