Imran Akbari vs Atif Farooq

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Umair Moghaddam Gym, Tehran,  taking place on 21/04/2022:

Clearly AI Iran-Tehran have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Iran-Tehran Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Imran Akbari (7 - 2 - 1) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Atif Farooq(8 - 4) from Tehran, Iran.  Akbari weighed in at 227 pounds and 13 ounces, while Farooq weighed in at 244 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Obaid Sharifi, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Zakaria, Malik Ben and Imran Habib.
