Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kano State promoted show at Robert Achike Gym, Kano,  taking place on 27/04/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bature Kontagora (6 - 0) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Irfan Mourad(7 - 3 - 1) from Warri, Nigeria.  Both Kontagora and Mourad weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Pasha, and the three ringside judges are Hope Ukuh, Chinedu Monu and Ollie Mbachu.
