Gig Ribas vs Montenegro Cabrera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Central promoted show at Francisco Peno Gym, San Lorenzo,  taking place on 18/05/2022:

Clearly AI Paraguay-Central have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Paraguay Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gig Ribas (6 - 0 - 1) who hails from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay and Montenegro Cabrera(7 - 3 - 2) from San Lorenzo, Paraguay.  Ribas weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Cabrera weighed in at 129 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Garces, and the three ringside judges are Quico Milian, Alano Moro and Jose Peguero.
