Eloy Gonzalez vs Gig Pineda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Jax Lusco Gym, Tlalnepantla,  taking place on 18/05/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Eloy Gonzalez (5 - 5) who hails from Ecatepec, Mexico and Gig Pineda(4 - 1 - 1) from Torreon, Mexico.  Gonzalez weighed in at 104 pounds and 1 ounces, while Pineda weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jose Montana, and the three ringside judges are Dario Montes, Carlos Licona and Pedro Quintana.  

Round 1:
