Merrel Mauritz vs Brand Gehring

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-Baden-Wurttemberg promoted show at Karlsruhe Perlick, Karlsruhe,  taking place on 20/05/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Germany-Baden-Wurttemberg Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Merrel Mauritz (9 - 2(2)) who hails from Mannheim, Germany and Brand Gehring(6 - 1 - 1) from Heidelberg, Germany.  Both Mauritz and Gehring weighed in at 200 pounds.
