Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Ian Simrell Gym, Auckland,  taking place on 01/06/2022:

Clearly AI New Zealand-Auckland have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Lawson (8 - 1 - 1) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Connor Gory(7 - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Lawson weighed in at 199 pounds and 9 ounces, while Gory weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Haturini, and the three ringside judges are Colin Lawder, Chris Heretini and Joey Bridgeforth.
