Cruz Casares vs Rico Gamez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Miranda promoted show at Caracas Sambrano, Caracas,  taking place on 02/06/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Venezuela-Miranda Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cruz Casares (7 - 3 - 1) who hails from Caracas, Venezuela and Rico Gamez(2 - 5 - 3) from Los Teques, Venezuela.  Both Casares and Gamez weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Fuente, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Alonzo, Isidro Vicencio and Vicente Alonzo.
