Boxing Daily Report from the Mayat Promotions promoted show at Intercontinental Hotel Taif, Taif,  taking place on 27/06/2022:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Saudi Arabia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Syed Ghazi (7 - 1) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Aftab Abdou(10 - 1) from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  Ghazi weighed in at 246 pounds and 12 ounces, while Abdou weighed in at 247 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Atif Ghaffari, and the three ringside judges are Abdul Gheisari, Gazi Maloof and Rehman Yaseen.
