Oscar Materoa vs Aaron Riddell

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Waitakere Cogle, Waitakere,  taking place on 26/06/2022:

Clearly AI New Zealand-Auckland have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Auckland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oscar Materoa (9 - 1) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Aaron Riddell(7 - 0 - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Materoa weighed in at 134 pounds, while Riddell weighed in at 133 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kieran Beynon, and the three ringside judges are George Brain, Colin Lawder and Glynn Telford.
