Ali Elbani vs Waqas Datley

Boxing Daily Report from the Sembene Promotions promoted show at Malik Najar Gym, Sana'a,  taking place on 03/07/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Yemen-Sana'a Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ali Elbani (6 - 1 - 3) who hails from Sana'a, Yemen and Waqas Datley(8 - 0) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Both Elbani and Datley weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Azzi, and the three ringside judges are Shayan Gilles, Haaris Abozaid and Faisal Radi.  

Round 1: 

Datley is on target with a solid left uppercut.  
Datley steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Datley is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Datley pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab to Elbani's body.
