Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Ray Stokes Hall, Christchurch,  taking place on 13/07/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Commonwealth Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bature Ezinwa (9 - 2(1)) who hails from Iseyin, Nigeria and Jake Pierce(9 - 1) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Ezinwa weighed in at 175 pounds, while Pierce weighed in at 174 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Clint Cattell, and the three ringside judges are Corey Stobie, Joshua Dallis and Mark Atchison.
