Waqar Mir vs Minura Alekperov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-East Azerbaijan promoted show at Sajid Hanif Gym, Tabriz,  taking place on 27/07/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the West Asian Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Waqar Mir (8 - 2 - 1) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Minura Alekperov(9 - 0 - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Mir and Alekperov weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Farhan Isgandarov, and the three ringside judges are Kamran Diab, Ahmed Rassi and Shayan Galla.
