Boxing Daily Report from the AI Finland-Southwest Finland promoted show at Turku Vuorio, Turku,  taking place on 29/07/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Finland Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nelonen, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Verneri Ankelo (8 - 2) who hails from Turku, Finland and Simeoni Sarpaneva(10 - 1) from Espoo, Finland.  Ankelo weighed in at 232 pounds And 11 ounces, while Sarpaneva weighed in at 227 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vaino Waltari, and the three ringside judges are Eerikki Isotalo, Jyri Laurila and Kaappo Varonen.
