Tariq Ismael vs Marques Kwofie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Sammy Rahman Gym, Tamale,  taking place on 30/07/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Tariq Ismael (8 - 1) who hails from Takoradi, Ghana and Marques Kwofie(5 - 2 - 1) from Tamale, Ghana.  Both Ismael and Kwofie weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tamarius Moyoyo, and the three ringside judges are John Anyidoho, Obiajulu Alhassan and Gazi Satter.  

Round 1: 

Ismael switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Kwofie pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a cross.
