Jose Alvear vs Frisco Franco

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Guanajuato promoted show at Mexico-Guanajuato Gym, Leon,  taking place on 26/07/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jose Alvear (9 - 2) who hails from Celaya, Mexico and Frisco Franco(5 - 4) from Soledad de Graciano Sanchez, Mexico.  Alvear weighed in at 242 pounds and 11 ounces, while Franco weighed in at 233 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Quico Brizuela, and the three ringside judges are Malvolio Martel, Leonardo Holguin and Fausto Cal.
