John Kasudi vs Michael Kathrada

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Ian Van Ryneveld Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 31/07/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Kasudi (6 - 2 - 1) who hails from Boksburg, South Africa and Michael Kathrada(5 - 4) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Both Kasudi and Kathrada weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Phumelele Mkhize, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Du Toit, Clinton Nyauza and John Nzambi.
