Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Ian Van Ryneveld Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 31/07/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joey Buys (9(1) - 2 - 1) who hails from Germiston, South Africa and Banji Sobukwe(10 - 0) from Soweto, South Africa.  Buys weighed in at 135 pounds, while Sobukwe weighed in at 134 pounds And 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Nyauza, and the three ringside judges are John Nzambi, Phumelele Mkhize and Zachary Du Toit.
