Carlos Borjas vs Jamie Hind

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Jack Meyrick Gym, San Jose,  taking place on 03/08/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Borjas (5 - 3 - 1) who hails from San Francisco, USA and Jamie Hind(7 - 2) from Oceanside, USA.  Both Borjas and Hind weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Weir, and the three ringside judges are Rob Prichard, David Madoc and Paul Louden.  

Round 1: 

Borjas tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Borjas lands a cross.  
Hind advances into close range.  Hind quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Borjas steps to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hind gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
