Sergeant Bayne vs Paul Tully

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Littoral promoted show at Parcours Vita, Douala,  taking place on 11/08/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBA Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CRTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sergeant Bayne (7 - 0 - 4) who hails from Douala, Cameroon and Paul Tully(9(4) - 0) from Lonueuil, Canada.  Both Bayne and Tully weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ives Aubert, and the three ringside judges are Montgomery Ebwelle, Varden Michel and Nicolas Paquin.  

Round 1: 

Tully feints a left, and then lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Tully advances into close range.  Bayne pivots to the left of his opponent.  Tully connects with a left hook.  Tully holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Tully pushes his forearm into Bayne's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Tully.  
Tully is on target with a left hook.  Tully holds on to his opponent.  Tully leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bayne tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Tully steps inside.  Tully lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Tully holds on to his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Tully has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Tully drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Bayne throws a left hook, but Tully holds on to his opponent.  Tully leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Bayne throws a right hook, but Tully clinches his opponent.  Tully tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Bayne behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Tully throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Tully ties up his opponent.  Tully leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tully forces Bayne to back into the corner.  Tully sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Tully lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Tully tries to step out of his opponents range.  Tully feints a jab, but Bayne does not fall for it and lands with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Tully closes the distance and lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Tully digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Tully pivots from in front of his opponent.  Bayne throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Tully quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to Bayne's body.  
Bayne steps to the outside.  Bayne feints a left hook, and then connects with a cross.  
Tully steps inside and is on target with a firm left hook to Bayne's liver.  
Bayne switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Bayne steps to the outside.  Bayne sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Tully is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Tully manouvers Bayne into the corner.  Tully hits home with a right uppercut.  
Tully lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bayne tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand left.  
Bayne is on target with a cross.  
Tully drives a right hook into Bayne's body.  
Tully closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Bayne on the ropes.  Tully drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Bayne hits home with a right hook.  Tully clinches his opponent.  Tully is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.

Tully pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bayne tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.
