Marjun Ricardo vs Cruz Calero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Jax Bolivar Gym, Guayaquil,  taking place on 18/08/2022:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marjun Ricardo (9 - 1 - 1) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Cruz Calero(2 - 0) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Ricardo and Calero weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zacarias Urdiales, and the three ringside judges are Jesus Luy, Juan Hernandez and Pedro Solis.  

Round 1:
