Duante Makwarimba vs Hayden Matombo

Boxing Daily Report from the Kuenyehia Promotions promoted show at Harare Wutawunashe, Harare,  taking place on 13/09/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Southern African Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Duante Makwarimba (10 - 2) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Hayden Matombo(8 - 0 - 2) from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe.  Makwarimba weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces, while Matombo weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bradley Masunda, and the three ringside judges are Adam Samkange, John Sword and Malcolm Majange.
