Brendan Alcorn vs Mel Hosack

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at John Buie Gym, Georgetown,  taking place on 19/09/2022:

Clearly AI Guyana-North have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Guyana-North Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Alcorn (7 - 3) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Mel Hosack(3 - 0 - 1) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Alcorn weighed in at 146 pounds And 4 ounces, while Hosack weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richie Handyside, and the three ringside judges are Sean Lyn, John Paton and Charles Crawford.
