Arun Ram vs Vishal Iyer

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-West Bengal promoted show at Kolkata Veera, Kolkata,  taking place on 22/09/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Arun Ram (5 - 1) who hails from Kolkata, India and Vishal Iyer(5 - 4 - 3) from Kolkata, India.  Ram weighed in at 115 pounds, while Iyer weighed in at 114 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mandeep Banerjee, and the three ringside judges are Vijay Bajwa, Hemant Dyal and Adnan Mirza.
