Nikolai Babyak vs Petro Malko

Boxing Daily Report from the Afrani Promotions promoted show at Donetsk Medved, Donetsk,  taking place on 02/10/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ukraine-Donetsk Oblast Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nikolai Babyak (9 - 0) who hails from Mariupol, Ukraine and Petro Malko(10 - 2) from Donetsk, Ukraine.  Both Babyak and Malko weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Valeri Popko, and the three ringside judges are Taras Bayuk, Faddei Babyak and Danylko Makowski.
