Elgar Schadt vs Rodney Beck

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-Saxony promoted show at Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal, Dresden,  taking place on 23/10/2022:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Western Europe Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SPORT1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Elgar Schadt (8(6) - 2(1)) who hails from Freiburg, Germany and Rodney Beck(8 - 2) from Dresden, Germany.  Schadt weighed in at 167 pounds And 11 ounces, while Beck weighed in at 167 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Emo Abrell, and the three ringside judges are Hobbard Schreiber, Adelhard Hellmann and Geoff Strahm.  

Round 1: 

Beck connects with a left hook.

Beck is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a cross, but Schadt slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Schadt steps away from his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.

Beck pivots to the right of his opponent.  Beck attempts to land a left uppercut, but Schadt slips the shot and counters with a hurtful left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE BECK WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Schadt is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Schadt senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Schadt lands a FEROCIOUS left uppercut.  BECK HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  It looks like Beck has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Beck gets on the inside and tries to land a right uppercut, but Schadt sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Beck walks Schadt down, trapping him on the ropes.  Schadt lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Beck forces Schadt to back into a corner.  Schadt knows Beck is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Schadt SLAMS a mean right hook into his opponents face.  BECK HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Beck now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Beck is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook.  Beck attempts to land a right hook, but Schadt blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Beck walks Schadt down, trapping him on the ropes.  Schadt is on target with a solid left hook to Beck's body.

Beck manages to force Schadt onto the ropes.  Beck quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Schadt is on target with a solid left hook to Beck's liver.  Schadt throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
